hello everyone! just going to let you know my mom did pass away on the 13th of march. we are going to miss her very much and it is going to take some time to get over it. meanwhile we are back in houston. john had chemo on monday and he is hooked up to his pump now. john's birthday is april 5th and his gift this year is going to be getting scanned from head to toe!! he will have everything done to see how he is responding to chemo and if we need to change his treatment. we are really looking forward to that. hope everyone is well and keeping us in your thoughts. love, john and nancy

hey everyone, sorry i have not posted in a while. our lives have been pretty stressful lately. we have called in hospice for my mom. she has congestive heart failure and her little heart is just tired. please keep her in your prayers for us. john is starting to feel the side affects of chemo. he is a trooper though! he has another treatment on monday. we can see how people get tired of this. we have been spending most of our time going back and forth from houston, new braunfels, midland and back again! we feel as though we are just visiting midland when we come home. we love all of you and thank you for all the support. we want to give a shout out to lux! she has been b.u.b. in her new backyard! take care and keep helping with the fight! love john and nancy
